-Coaching Point for Dumbbell Bent Over Row OC

-Flat Back/big chest/tight back

-Head stays in neutral position

-Grab the dumbbell with knuckles facing the ground and arm straight

-Opposite hand is placed on the bench with the leg

-On the dumbbell side the leg should be on the ground

-Pull the dumbbell up to the top/just to the side of the chest

-The oscillation starts at the top

-Movement should be like turning on and off a light switch fast

-Oscillation should be 2 to 3 inches

-After Oscillation is over return dumbbells to the bottom
